    Parameters

    x

    The x-coordinate of the region.

    y

    The y-coordinate of the region.

    columns

    The width of the region.

    rows

    The height of the region.

    Return Values

    Returns an ImagickPixelIterator for an image section.

    Errors/Exceptions

    Throws ImagickException on error.
