ftp_put — Uploads a file to the FTP server
$ftp,$remote_filename,$local_filename,$mode = FTP_BINARY,$offset = 0ftp_put() stores a local file on the FTP server.
ftpAn FTP\Connection instance.
remote_filenameThe remote file path.
local_filenameThe local file path.
mode
The transfer mode. Must be either FTP_ASCII or
FTP_BINARY.
offsetThe position in the remote file to start uploading to.
Returns true on success or false on failure.
