To the right of the window there's a preview area. Clicking a file in the list will display its content in this preview area. So you can easily identify the images and the source code of all the files.
You can also drag the images from the preview area into the Finder to save them there very easy. Dragging the URLs from the list to the Finder will create "webloc" files in the Finder (URLs which will open the file in a web browser when double-clicked). When holding down the ALT (Option) key while dragging the URLs to the finder, iCab will copy the contents of the URL (the HTML code, the Image etc.) as file in the Finder. This way you can easily save the files from a web page in the Finder.
If you double-click an URL in the "File Overview" window the files will be directly opened in the Browser window. Holding down the Command, Alt and/or Shift keys while double-clicking the URLs you can decide if the URL will be opened in the current browser window, in a new window in a new tab in the background or in the foreground.
Many of these features are also available in the contextual menu of the "File Overview" window. In the contextual menu it's also possible to hide the table columns (type, file size, size) if they are not needed, which leaves more room for the other information.
